The Equal Jersey aims to promote and advocate for gender equality within the sport of volleyball.

A sport jersey is a symbol of unity and belonging which promotes solidarity and motivates us to succeed as a group, on and off the court.

Since the 2021 VNL finals, players proudly wear the Equal Jersey during the Volleyball Nations League Finals to show their commitment to reach equality for all through the power of volleyball.

We believe in equality and champion those who peruse it.
